trash is all over the place, we pay around $130-$160 a month on trash alone just to have all the garbage scattered across the parking lot. No matter how many emails you send out, they don't fix it

So far, I’ve had a very great experience living here me and my children are really enjoying it. Although this is still something to get used to, since this is our very first apartment we move into everyone has been super nice from our neighbors to the amazing staff.

Great area but much needed update to their garbage situation

I lived here for about 2 and a half years and this apartment was fine. Had some bug issues for the first couple months but the situation was handled by the maintenance team and never occurred again.

That being said, the garbages are ALWAYS filled to the max and trash gets piled up and even gets thrown outside the area, leading into the parking lot and surrounding parking spots. With the bug issues and stray cats, this leads to lots of trash everywhere and the smell travels. They definitely… need either another trash bin or multiple more pickups a week.
