Not receive any instruction for using app to pay rent and app for unlock door. Also No instruction to requirement of rentern insurance. Lack of information from leasing team, so bad experience for move in

Overall, a very nice apartment. Not very many amenities in terms of pool/gym as they are both quite small, but still something and a nice to have! Maintenance issues have been quickly addressed, but water seems to get turned off every month or so for repairs. Hasn’t bothered me as it’s always been while I am at work but something to keep in mind. As someone living alone, I have plenty of space in my 1br apmt. Plenty of storage. Another highlight is the strong water pressure

So bad. I’ve lived here for 2 months. There was no hot water for 2 weekends and now my apartment has flooded with sewage. The walls are thin, the apartment building smells strongly whenever any resident cooks. Trust me, do not stay here! I wish I could get out of my lease
