Tony and Alex are great! Whenever you need them, they’re there to help!

The maintenance team here is great. Always so friendly and they do quick work of all their work orders. When it’s a priority/emergency. They make sure to go to your place within 30 minutes and knockout any issues asap. They’ve made our stay here at Atrio apartments very easy especially when something goes wrong (it’s not often since they keep everything in great shape here).

Wanna live in happy home resort?

I found my home at atrio 3 years ago. Atrio is like a cozy resort, a decision you will not regret.

Maintenance response 10/10 even on weekends
Office 10/10 professional and sweet
Community involvement 10/10 events every month
Neighbors 10/10 amazing
Pet friendly 8/10 (people are people) but atrio cleaners are on top of it.

I don’t think I will ever move out. When you experience it yourself you will know what I mean…

Wonderful Property & Amenities

My wife and I have been living here for almost 4 years now, and we continue to love our time here. The management team and staff here are all extremely nice and communicative, and the amenities provided with the lease are all fantastic. A great place to live for someone looking to move to Burbank!

Wonderful community

Living here was such a great experience for our family.
The staff were always friendly and super helpful whenever we needed anything.
The landscaping is beautiful, and the community facilities are top-notch.
If it wasn’t for work, we definitely would’ve stayed longer.
Highly recommend!

Excellent Support

My family and moved in late December and since then we have encountered only positive support and community building while residing at the Atrio townhomes. The maintenance team is amazing. They quickly resolve any issues, clean up very well, and ensure you are satisfied with the service. All the leasing team is also very supportive and provide a prompt response to any inquiry you have. This has been the most supportive and easy leasing and maintenance team I have ever worked with. Highly… recommend the Atrio.
