Townhouse-like Apartment in Burbank
The Ken Oaks apartment has been the best place I've lived in so far in my 8 years in SoCal. It's so peaceful here.
The Apartment:
We live in a 3 bedroom apartment. Every room has a walk in closet and a balcony with sliding glass doors. The kitchen is large. The living room is Gi-Normous. It actually could be split into part dining room and living room. Next the living room is an extra room with another balcony and closet. Just for fun :)
Two of the bedrooms have their own full bathrooms while... one has to take a short walk to the hallway. So 3 bathrooms total. The third master bedroom is actually upstairs. It's spacious and probably has the best view of the mountains, canyons, etc.
Location:
One of the best things is the greenery. Beautiful trees lining the streets and the mountains at the top of Burbank. You're not to far from downtown Burbank that has plenty of entertainment options from restaurants, shopping, and not one, not two, but THREE AMC theaters! Plenty of schools in the area that are rated well. Plenty of parks and hiking trails. Oh and another awesome thing, parking is never difficult compared to LA/Hollywood.

Burbank is seriously the best place to live.

It's spacious and probably has the best view of the mountains, canyons, etc. Other things are central AC, laundry onsite, garage parking, plenty of street parking for friends. Only pay for gas, electric. And it's nice and quiet at night ????

And if you get bored of the area, you can go to Glendale's Americana which is a replica of The Grove in LA. Or you can hop on the 5 and just go downtown. Or take Barham down to go to Hollywood. Point is, it's a good location worth checking out ??
