This is one of if not the cheapest apartment in Santa Clara County. And there's a reason. The floors creak when you walk on them, any sound from any neighbor in any direction you can hear, the upstairs is ungodly hot (6-15 degrees warmer than outside), no A/C so if there is no breeze you're screwed even with fans & a free standing A/C unit ($450 later ask me how I know),the area above the top floor apartments is uncirculated air so even 3-4 hours after the temps outside have cooled down into the... 60's it's still 80+ in the apartment, the electrical is ancient as I've already popped the circuit breaker in my apartment 3 times running my AC unit and I've only lived in the apartment for 65 days. The washer & dryer onsite sometimes don't work, and cost $2 per load for each cycle. So easy & dry run you $4. And that's if the drier even works the first time which it may not. If you have any other options, go with those. This apartment complex just isn't worth it. And during the summer, I pray you aren't stuck in the lease and unable to escape the sweltering and inescapable heat these apartments will give you which fringes on dangerous if you're older or have certain health conditions. IMHO, this building should have been torn down decades ago since it was built in 1955, and it seems like it hasn't been updated once since then. Read More
