College student's Dream Come True

The apartment complex is spacious, pet-friendly and relaxing. You can enjoy a summer day at the pool or relax in your personal patio/balcony. You will be safe thanks to a keypad lock at the gate and multiple cameras keeping watch.

My perfect studio apartment is spacious enough for myself and my furry companion. The floors of my living area are bamboo which is economical and environment friendly. The kitchen and restroom have chic tile floors. My personal patio is my oasis, a nice table, four...
chairs, room for plants/trees, a hammock and much more.

ALL UTILITIES are included which makes it a dream come true to me. My dog has ample of room to run and play. The sliding doors that open to the patio give my apartment amazing lighting. I am able to enjoy the warm sunlight, while also enjoying the a/c during California's Sizzling summer months.

There is a SILENT HOUR hence I don't have to worry about noisy neighbors after 9pm. The manager/maintenance is ON CALL every day from 8am-7pm. There is no smoking inside the complex, but you are free to smoke outside the complex or in your outdoor patio (as long as your patio/balcony does not face the pool area- a children's rule).

It is 10 minutes away from CSUN and 5 minutes away from Pierce College. It is 5 -10 minutes away from supermarkets, Walmart northridge mall and the topanga shopping center.

At NIGHT the neighbor has lighting all around, hence it is safe to walk your dog throughout the whole night.
