Access to Casa Koi is made simple with a digital door lock. Each guest is given their own code to access the condo during their stay, which is deleted upon their departure to maintain the security of the condo. For parking, guests have access to one designated covered parking spot for the condo. Additional free street parking is found adjacent to the condo. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. No parties are allowed. No pets. No smoking or vaping on the property.
