Since this home is oceanfront, it does not have AC, but opening the doors facing the ocean in warmer months will cool the home quickly. The open concept living, dining, and kitchen area features floor-to-ceiling windows along the entire west-facing wall for panoramic ocean views. Enjoy a bright and sunny ocean-view sitting area, a separate entertainment nook with comfortable seating, a smart TV with access to live TV streaming and Netflix, and a selection of family games and puzzles. The SONOS sound system is available for guests to use. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, glassware, dinnerware, utensils, toaster, blender, and other cooking gadgets.
