Lucia Aviara apartments have so many wonderful features & amenities. Double pane windows for quiet,
thick walls,,latest kitchen appliances, great floor plans, most helpful staff, underground garage with lots of guest parking, fabulous lap pool with 5’end for flip turns, gym, club house, big mail & parcel room, place for your bike & list could go on. Oh & very safe here.

Lucia at Aviara has remarkable staff! Joselyn, Rachel, Jermey and Luis are very kind, professional, and always smiling. I enjoy all of the amenities, and the people living here are very friendly and respectful. This is a great place to call home :)
