Would not live here again: noisy, construction everywhere all the time, lobby, smell like chemicals and perfume, carpeting is dirty, gym is too crowded and leaks. Water damage doesn't get fixed timely. There are still holes in the smaller gym so the other gym is crowded. Paint is thick and sticky in the apartment units causing them to stick to dishes and things. Paint peels because it's been painted over so many times.

The community is pleasant and the staff has been helpful. I hope the current bathroom leak issue will be resolved soon so the experience can be fully positive.

Cannot sleep in due to construction noise which has been constant for over a year. Cannot work remotely without closing windows several times per day. The jet noise is nothing compared to the construction noise. Management does nothing about your concerns, they just say “check your lease on construction allowed”

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how disruptive ongoing construction noise can be, especially for residents who work remotely or value quiet time at home. Please visit the admin office and a member of our team can give you a tour of our... business center now open from 9-6pm daily.
The community is currently undergoing a large-scale reimagine project intended to improve the overall property long term. While construction activity is permitted within legally approved hours and outlined in the Construction Addendum, we recognize that this does not eliminate the inconvenience you may be experiencing.
Our team works closely with vendors to ensure work remains within permitted timeframes and to minimize unnecessary disruption whenever possible. We also appreciate residents continuing to share specific concerns so we can address them directly with the appropriate teams.
We understand that extended renovation activity can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience as we complete these improvements.

Park Newport is a fantastic complex in a great location. They helped facilitate an easy transition and I've been extremely happy with my new place so far.
