Park Newport

I love it and wish I would have known about this complex sooner!! It's a beautiful place with a charming retro elegant look. It has large, unique interior layouts, extra large patios, large kitchens-some with own patio for breakfast table or small garden.
The vibe is casual, but smart--with well kept grounds, and a park-like setting, with large trees, lawns, and pools near every apartment. There is plenty of parking for guests and it's pet friendly. As a hospitality executive, I really focus in on service and genuine care, with the understanding of staffing constraints and real-life challenges we all face. Prior to visiting Park Newport, I did visit a beautiful apartment complex that had all the bells and whistles. I walked in and could not get out of there quick enough due to the fact that the leasing agent having zero interest in helping. Explaining to me and my wife, all the information is available on-line. I was just another number... . I did not make a "thing" out of it and politely left. We then came to Park Newport. We walked into a busy leasing office and were met by ALETHA. I could tell she was busy, as we just walked in off the street with no appointment (Sorry). She was so calm, polite and knowledgeable. I would have signed the contract right there and now, just because I felt cared for. Aletha continued her exceptional service mission and made time to give us a tour of a model apartment. This service continued through the entire time of my move in date. Aletha weathered my storm and answered all my dumb technology questions until everything was signed sealed and delivered.

As if that was not enough! I walked into the office, once again unannounced as I wanted to inquire about adding a pet to the agreement. Again, Aletha was busy assisting guests, so I walked out and proceeded to work. Maybe 5 minutes later, I received a call from Park Newport. It was Aletha. She had noticed I quickly popped in, remember who I was and cared enough to give me a call. WOW. Park Newport probably has a few thousand people living here and for her to care that much, makes me feel confident I really made the right choice.

Lovely community with great amenities. Wonderful location. Staff are always nice and helpful.

Park Newport is being rebuilt, and parking, residency, and standard of living is compromised. If there is an option that benefits Park Newport, and compromise the resident, the resident will be compromised.

Our experience at Park Newport has been very positive, and a large part of that is thanks to Bailey, our leasing agent. From the moment we began exploring apartment options, Bailey went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home that met all of our requirements. She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made what can often be a stressful move feel seamless and enjoyable.

What... has impressed us most is that Bailey's support did not end after we signed our lease. She continues to check in on us, ask how things are going, and assist whenever needed. Her genuine care and commitment to residents are rare, and we truly feel fortunate to have worked with her. She is a gem and one of the main reasons we felt confident choosing Park Newport as our new home.

Beyond our leasing experience, we have been very pleased with the community itself. Maintenance requests have been handled promptly with excellent response times, which has given us peace of mind. The 4000 building area has been quiet, peaceful, and enjoyable to live in. We also appreciate the convenience of the nearby marketplace and amenities, as well as the friendliness of our neighbors, which has helped us feel welcomed into the community.
