Mgmt does nothing about noise and marijuana use in units
This complex enforces "rules" and yet allows people to break them. My upstairs neighbors are the absolute WORST! They fight 24/7, let their baby run around at all hours of the day/night, play loud music even when it's not allowed (quiet hours are 8 pm to 8 am) but worst of all, smoke weed all day in which I could care less what people do but if it's coming into MY unit every single day, that's unacceptable! I don't smoke. Management does nothing. Don't recommend this place to anyone!!!

Happy tenant
I've lived here for almost 6 years and love these apartments. I feel very safe living alone. This complex is very quiet and well mainained. The management is quick to resolve any issues and very friendly to deal with. The units are much more spacious then other apartments in the area. This is a great place to call home!

very nice apartments.
I went and checked them out and loved what i seen .there nice well kept up and clean. Its ideal for anyone that wants a quite and peaceful place to live .there very nice and my daughter loved them.nice tenant and the manager was very helpful and helping me out . check them out you will be glad you did.

Great Safe Place
I have lived at Crestview North for 2 years now, in a 2-story, 2bd/1.5ba townhome. I first lived here with my teenage daughter, and now alone, and have never EVER felt unsafe for either of us. The property may not look the most lavish from the outside, but the interiors are spacious, clean, well appointed, and beyond reasonably priced. The pet policy seems pretty lenient based on the animals I see around. Management and maintenance staff are readily available and quick to respond, though I... have only required maintenance staff twice in 2 years; 1 of those times due to my own household accident. 99% of the neighbors are wonderful, and you just shouldn't live in an apartment if you are expecting 100%. The only drawback for me personally is the laundry situation. I would prefer W/D in-unit; however, for the price I pay here, I cannot call it a complaint - more of a wish list. Parking can occasionally get tight, but for $10/m you can pay for an assigned spot. I believe this is the best place in Sacramento County for budget-conscious renters.
