The parking has been a serious problem here for two years now. It's often impossible to get a parking spot as early as 3 or 4pm M-F leaving you forced to park outside the gated property or in a no parking zone, leaving you at risk of having your only means of transportation open to criminals or impound by a towing company. Many tennants use up uncovered parking spots for work vehicles and as free storage for extra vehicles they they never drive. After receiving many complaints management advised... of a one car per registered tennant effective 1/1/2018 but since the new year nothing has changed. The same unopperated vehicles just sit in the same spots 24/7. Yearly rent increases persist despite the inability to park. It's infuriating on every level. Read More

Come for the excessive smoking and stay for the loud TV's played until 3-5 in the morning. The manager's fear of confrontation has allowed the worst tenants to take over. Nightmare......

I just move in here from a horrible ex lanlord that i only stay for six months,by law she was supposed to give me a 24 hrs before she comes over but she dont. I feel vilated so i decided to move out,she was not happy but i gave her so many chances and always pay my rent and bills on time. I love my new place so quiet and peaceful no manager come whenever they want.

Its within my budget, but does have some nice amenities like its a gated complex, covered parking, multiple laundry rooms, a pool with lounge chairs, and a large common gardening area. Its just a two block walk to the library, the church or the grocery store and the park is just a block to the south. They take good care of the grounds too.
