This is Perfect!

This place is GREAT!! It's Clean, It has shade, and smooth walkways. Clean laundry facilities, air conditioner, a GAS stove!! I'm in heaven!! I've had apartments that have not come anywhere close to this. I'm so grateful for the care this team puts in here!.

Reconsider anywhere else but here to live!!

If you want a peaceful place to call home, look somewhere else to live. I have lived here for too many years and will never let myself live in a Sac4Preservations Inc. property again. Every manager that has been through here is a joke. (and there have been too many to count) There are so many problems to list so I'll just list a few. There are businesses behind the property that will wake you up at 6a and keep you awake past 11p with their noise. Visitors and residents ignore posted... no-smoking signs and management is non-active to remove them or discipline the resident who they are visiting. Dogs roam freely and poop all over property and management fails again to enforce the policy of cleaning up after your animal. Cats roam freely and pee and poop all over the property and bring fleas. Management ignores residents' concerns or complaints of any nature and does not respond or give any feedback.
Not worth your money or sanity to live here.
