Lived here for over a year, the apartment cabinets are falling apart, closet doors barely roll, door knob is literally falling off, outlets won't hold appliance cords in, then they got a new manager who at first raised rent $100 a month, before coming back 2 months later to say "oops my bad I was mistaken, you're rent is actually lower" then they demanded 6 month of bank records, 3 months of paystubs and made us re-apply to live here. We've made rent payments on time and never had a late payment... or any complaints issued against us. The result of the "reapplication" was they told us I make too much to live here... I'm a recent graduate trying to lay down student loans and make 50k a year so picked a cheap place to focus on paying down debts, now being told I cant live here simply because I make more than 30k a year... Terrible living situation here and bad management, honestly if you want to live in peace go somewhere else cause they hastle you like crazy. Had 7 inspections in a 5 month period... Ridiculous.
