Magnolia Place Apartments

I lived here for five years and it’s been great. The property management staff are super attentive and good people. I feel safe and the property is kept clean. The residents are respectful of the shared laundry and parking. Anytime there’s an issue the property management team is quick to address it. The air-conditioning unit keeps the apartment nice and cold. I’ve lived in an upstairs one bedroom apartment and the Bedroom was pretty big compared to other apartments. I recently left Magnolia Place due to a job transfer out of state. I had a wonderful experience there. The grounds are well kept. The pool is always sparkling. It has been a nice quiet place to live for the last 2 1/2 years. The rent has gone up over the last few years but still a good value. Management and maintenance are fantastic. They have handled my problems quickly and professionally anytime I had an issue. Thank you!

I would recommend for everybody to avoid this place at all costs. I know everyone has at least a few complaints about their apartment complexes, but this place verges on the point of being unhealthy. When I moved in three years ago, I was told that there might be some mold in the bathroom, so if I saw any, I could call and it would be taken care of. Three years later and I’ve had to clean it myself multiple times and it keeps coming back! In addition to this, my oven broke in the first six... months, and it hasn’t been fixed despite multiple calls, notes, and in-person complaints over the span of two years. On top of that, the air conditioner is so weak and ineffective that I have to move the mattress out to the living room every summer so I don’t get heat stroke while sleeping. The amount of fans I have to use to keep the apartment reasonably livable causes my electric bill to be around $200 in the summer for a one bedroom apartment! To make matters worse, this complex has changed rental companies and managers over five times while I’ve lived here, and each manager is more incompetent than the last.
