I lived here short of two years, by the time I moved out there was a hug cockroach infestation, tons of rats all over the property and a huge fly infestation because management does not empty the dog waste baskets not the mention the smell from them. The laundry room is always disgusting because the kids go in there and throw dirt and trash in the washers and the dryers never work. The poor maintenance man is overworked to flip all of the apartments that become available that he has no... availability to help for other things that come about. When I moved out I left my apartment in great condition minus livable wear and tear and was charged all of these crazy fees and two months of back water sewer and garbage which I payed with my rent every month!!! They charge $85 dollars every month on top of rent for W/S/G which I assume isn’t paid up to date every month when residents pay. This place is ridiculous. Move in at your own risk. Read More

What an awesome apartment to live at. The property manager is great. The complex feels like home. Everyday something is always improving! 10/10

Not only has the previous managers been awful, but I can’t get things fixed in my apartment, I have people parked in my two paid for parking spots all the time and god forbid I get the manager to do anything about it. I was at work and the threw everything on my porch away which was a foldable chair and stool but other apartments have junk on their porchs patios and balconies. There’s a roach problem here. Not to mention the previous management company shredded agreements and contracts from my... file. All of the appliances are old broken and out dated. My carpet is pulling from all the walls and got told I have to pay for them to be replaced but they did that less then a month after I moved in paint peeling off walls I have ceiling damage from the roofs and they never fixed it. Just really disappointed in how we tenants are being treated.
