Feel at home in the Redwood Dome, a unique geodesic dome nestled on 2.5 acres of private property in Russian River. This retreat features skylights and two decks for stargazing.
This unique retreat features an open, high-ceiling layout with a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen. The downstairs bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and the upstairs bedroom offers a skylight and a writer's nook. A second bathroom is also located downstairs. Enjoy the 92" HD projector and screen with Netflix, throw blankets, and a wood-burning stove (for use in the fall/winter). A Nest thermostat with central heating keeps the dome warm.
Enjoy the upper wraparound deck with an outdoor bench, wooden picnic table, two lounge chairs (seasonal), and a lower deck with benches. Relax in your own private, hydrotherapy hot tub with expansive views overlooking the redwood forest.
The Redwood Dome is ideally located within minutes of hikes, the river, wineries, and the Sonoma coastline. You'll be about 15 minutes away from Highway 1 and the Pacific Ocean. Russian River is a wonderful part of Sonoma County, boasting some of the best California/Sonoma County has to offer, including beautiful redwoods, breathtaking views, and quaint towns.
A car is needed to get to the Redwood Retreat. Verizon, T-mobile, and AT&T have cell service out here, and there is high-speed internet throughout the property. No drugs or events are allowed. While private, there are neighbors, so please keep noise levels down between 10 PM and 7 AM. No shoes are allowed inside the house. While children are welcome, the Redwood Dome is not childproof. Please wash dishes before checkout and do not rearrange furniture, appliances, or plants. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the premises and is subject to a $200 fee. Absolutely no guests outside of the reservation are allowed; any external guests are grounds for immediate cancellation without refund and may incur an additional charge of $150/guest per night. If the hot tub requires a deep cleaning (drain and clean) after a stay, the guest agrees to pay $200.
