The Felix is an excellent place with huge Community feeling. Lots of events on the rooftop and the staff is extremely helpful and courteous. I’ve never lived in a rental apartment like quite like this and I am so happy they are here for us.

Felix is the most cleanest property I’ve ever lived at and I’m very happy to call this my new home very professional. The move was very smooth. The application was very fast and sufficient. I love the 24 hour music in the lobby. Makes me feel welcoming in the safe gated community. The amenity is beautiful clean updated gives a very nice city vibe sophisticated feel I love my new home and look forward to being here for a while.
