Felix is a great new building in the heart of Downtown Santa Rosa. The neighborhood is VERY walkable to restaurants, bars, breweries, comedy club, the mall, etc.. My apartment is very quiet and surprisingly spacious. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

The staff here at the Felix made me feel welcomed immediately. The transition with the move-in was very easy. My room is pristine, stylish and comfortable, offering a perfect view of downtown Santa Rosa with all my dining favorites. I would highly recommend the Felix living to everyone.

The Management really cares about the community of residents. It shows through the little things they do, such as providing a convenient gift wrapping station for the holidays and even through hosting regular community events with thoughtful food and prizes so you actually get to know your neighbor. Quality people make for a quality community, from the way everyone says hello to the cleanliness and scented entrance, Felix has got the people and amenities in the right place.

I would not spread the word until I know the garage parking situation is better. Permit parking at a public parking area is not ideal.
