There are 37 LED (100,000 hour rated) bollard lights to light up pathways at night, as well as additional LED lighting to light up the rest of the property... . Every unit has brand new central heating and air conditioning systems, a brand new larger capacity water heater and brand new double pane windows. Six of the 16 units have been completely remodeled with $40,000 spent on each unit such that absolutely everything is new inside. We have the best maintenance and management in town.
