Six of the 16 units have been completely remodeled with $40,000 spent on each unit such that absolutely everything is new inside. We have the best maintenance and management in town. Issues are addressed within hours; or within a couple of days at the most; not weeks like at most other establishment. At some places, your issue will never be addressed.
