What a mess

I'm not a resident but I called and asked for a tour of the facility. I made an appointment with Rick and when I arrived the office was locked. Almost 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment someone from the office finally saw me at the door and opened it. The lady who talked to me made me seem like I was a burden for showing up. The man Rick I scheduled the appointment with apparently had the day off so she was forced to take me. On the tour I noticed all of the complex looked run down. The… buildings need painted and exterior wood looked rotted away. The apartment I toured seemed nice and updated and I would have signed a lease right then but the woman showing me around was just so rude it left a bad taste in my mouth. It looked like they were updating the property because we ran into a million workers.

Love this place

I’ve been here 7 years and i can truly say i love this place… I’m not the best tenant and I’m sure I’ve put them through it by this point, but can honestly say i have a lot of respect for the lady’s up front, they work very hard and still work with me with whatever the problem is.. if something’s wrong in my unit within a day there already on it.. 7 years later there really isn’t anything bad i can say about this place, they are usually on top of it here. This is def the spot to be.

Love this place

Best complex we ever lived in. Very quiet and next to all the shopping. The office is very good about getting back to you and fixes issues very fast. We are wanting to move into a larger place and stay right here.

Great place to live

For the most part, a pretty quite place to live, very close to shopping.??
Great staff and maintenance. I've never had a problem getting things fixed, when needed.
