A diamond in the rough.

This is the first time in my life I've had an amazing apartment experience. Very "tight nit" community. Ex: I was at work all day and NONE of my Amazon packages (piled high) were stolen.

PROS:

1. The current apartment manager (Christine Matthews), is Excellent/exceptional at her job. Notices are always given in advance, very social, and she's always available to solve any problems that arises (other apartment managers need to take pointers/lessons from this woman).

2. Water and trash... removal is free! Hot shower water goes for a while!

3. Cozy apartments with lots of cuboard spaces.

4. App laundry room (just pay via app).

5. Friendly neighbors.

6. Convenient location and parking.

7. Pet friendly.

CONS:

1. If you're downstairs, you're gonna hear stomping - just the standard curse of being in a downstairs apartment.

2. You're gonna want to check your assigned mailbox everyday before it gets dark (boxes have been broken into in the past).

3. No loud noises after 10pm... Okay this isn't really a bad thing, but I need more cons lol!
