Rate it 1/10 mold build up, appliances and washer dryers, always broke. Cops always there neighbors fighting vandalizing your car or steal your spot. No valuables on your porch.

I've been at this complex for 2 years, in both the 1 bedroom apartment, and the 2. Have not had a single bad experience here, the apartment manager is friendly and welcoming, the maintenance staff is efficient and again very friendly. Reasonable pricing compared to other complexes in the area with the added bonus of covered parking spots as well as stickers required to park in the lots. Pet friendly and a clean pool.

We lived in these apartments for two and a half years. At first we enjoyed the affordable rent and that the complex was clean and quiet. During our final months of tenancy, management staff changed and the complex has quickly gone downhill. We moved out over a month ago and have not received any information on our security deposit. When we called to inquire we were told that they had mailed the information (which conveniently was lost in the mail?) and that the money was all gone. We are still... in contact, but at this time no effort has been made to fulfill their obligation in providing receipt of use. Management has outright lied to us and, when experiencing ongoing disruptive neighbors, told us to record their conversations (illegal?) to prove they were yelling and causing disruption in the middle of the night. Neighbors are rude, Management is slow and unwilling to talk to rude neighbors. Rent was raised higher than reasonable. And management found a convenient way to keep all of our deposit, even after extensive cleaning and no visible damage. You Do not want to live here, we did for over 2 years.

I have been living here for more than a year and I absolutely love it! The manager is very nice and always taking care of stuff immediately. Very clean and quiet property with nice remodeled apartments.
I highly recommend it!
