Old smelly carpets, mold issues, windows and air conditioning systems are old and they refuse to replace them unless you complain for several months. no parking. manager pays more attention to putting out parking cones to prevent people from parking in the handicap stops than she does to repairing needed items. Very unprofessional management and unreasonable prices. This place has no pool, barely any parking and they are increasing their rents, driving out people with kids that can barely afford... their apartments as it is. Scumbags just like most of the sac area apartments.
