I found the staff polite and very professional. I found the grounds to be clean and free of debris, & nuisance. I have come to find all my neighbors to be very quite and respectful. It is my experience that when something’s dysfunctional or broken - if you do as described in your lease and notify the staff so they can make a work order -AND MAKE YOURSELF AVAILABLE everything is handled in timely fashion. True there are a lot of rules when you sit and go over them but there is definitely a reason... and it is noticed when at home here!!!!!! Truly the most tranquil place I have experienced in this town!
