-Must give minimum one month notice to vacate. Last month rent to be paid. Security deposit is NOT to be assumed as last month's rent.
-Security deposit will be returned upon inspection within three weeks after end of lease. Any repairs or cleaning beyond natural wear and tear (including trash haul away), as well as deep carpet cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit.
-Unpaid utilities will be recovered from security deposit.
-Tenant must have renters insurance.to cover minimum $100,000. Proof of insurance will be required when signing lease agreement.
