A well maintained and decent place.
This place has been completely redone and the new management is on top of everything. They have a wonderful maintenance crew that will fix anything in your unit in a very timely manner. All you have to do is submit an online request. The place is clean, apartments are cute and mine has a huge patio on the first floor. Parking spaces are assigned and cars are safe behind an automatic gate. I have lived here 2.5 years and no complaints! Nice pool too!

Roach infestation that could not be resolved
The apartments building appears very nice on the surface but, this is not the case. We lived in the apartment for 3 years. The primary issue is the roach infestation. The roaches are everywhere day and night. They treated our apartment on a regular schedule and it had no effect. Add in the horrible plumbing problems and it starts getting miserable.
Worst if all, we stuck with them hoping all the problems could be fixed. Each year our rent increased 300 per month and the problems were just... getting worse.
We decided to move at the end of our lease and our final insult was the apartments keeping a 2400 deposit with a list of tiny items like cleaning the baseboards and repainting. The worst of all, we ended up having to replace e furniture and electronics because they were full of roaches that could not be resolved.
It was the worst decision to move to these apartments.
