Living at Deerwood Apartments has been a great experience for me. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick with communication. Any time I’ve submitted a work order, it’s been handled fast and professionally, which I really appreciate. The neighbors are friendly and the community feels safe and welcoming. The property has nice views, clean grounds, and parks close by that are perfect for walking or getting fresh air. The pool and gym area are well maintained and convenient, making it easy… to stay active without leaving the community. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to live.

We feel like the Resident Experience has been nice. Some people are shy, don't really talk, run away even (true story, I think they may be really introverted, and that's ok) and other's you can sit, well, stand and chat with them.
We appreciate anyone that has helped us carry things and welcomed us to the neighborhood. It makes a world of difference to see and meet friendly individuals/families.
Our biggest complaint is the AI that you text, she's not that intelligent, and it tells you it's AI… that you are talking to.
Besides that, the apartment actually has been great! And we are loving living here. It's been quiet and peaceful, that is exactly what we have been looking for.

Staffing is great. Residents need to control their kids, they just let them run around causing a ruckus. People don’t pick up after their dogs.
