Compared to other apartments in this price range and living/seeing in other apartments near here. This is a great place to call home. We love our apartment and the layout. Love the grey accent wall and the duel entry to the patio. The staff is great and always is there for whatever you need! They are flexible, helpful, and do all kinds of cute things for the community. Plenty of dog bag spots for the pups plus a cute dog park. Also, they have been doing a bark bar at the office. Very pet… friendly. They keep the complex clean and if something is not they send someone out to take care of it. They go the extra mile to having a birthday card in the door to shorty after we moved in giving us Camden wine glasses with a bottle of wine! Read More

My apartment is backed up to a preserve. When I am sitting on my balcony I can enjoy listening to all different types of birds. Very peaceful. The only drawback are the crows in the morning. They are very loud, so I keep my window closed until they have gone. The apartment is a little dated. Mostly the kitchen. (electric stove, all white appliances, inexpensive countertops). I do like having a washer and dryer in my unit though. The common areas are well maintained. A dog park was added recently… . The bbq's need to replaced with gas grills however. There are 2 pools and one small Jacuzzi. The maintenance crew are friendly and respond quickly to any repairs I need. Hello there!

Here is a review on the Camden Vineyards in Murrieta, CA.
A little bit of background, I have lived in these apartments for 6 months and am on a 15 month lease. This would be the 4th apartment of my lifetime, and by far the best one. Let me tell you why!

Well, first thing everyone runs into is the STAFF. Let me tell you, the Camden staff is on point. A lovely diverse group of people who have helped me from step 1 til the day of move in, and beyond. They are respectful, kind, and… have brains in their heads. Let me give you a great example. We were having a BBQ with a total of 5 people on our balcony. It was 6pm in the afternoon and we had a 'compliant'. So, one of the leasing agents came to check it out. So instead of calling us, or calling security on us, she walked down herself to check and analyze the situation for herself, which I highly respect. Let us know that she personally didn't see an issue with our BBQ, but that someone had complained so perhaps we just be conscious moving forward. Very kind and professional!

Next: The apartments themselves. Good size, lots of storage, appliances are new and working great, and the grounds are GORGEOUS. The whole complex is surrounded by a little walking trail that has trees and a bubbling little stream. BUT, with water comes our favorite thing: BUGS. If you live on the first floor (which we do) please invest in some bug candles, because those suckers are everywhere once the sun goes down. One last note on the apartments, I will say that this is the only complex I have ever lived where parking WASN'T an issue. They have quite a bit of parking and I never find myself frustrated with parking far or having an issue about people in 'my spot'.

Lastly: Pricing. This is the most we have paid for an apartment, but I would still call it very affordable. Specially for the size of your place, the gym, the two pools, the great parking, and easy-to-work with staff. Also, the apartments come with a great package through Time Warner. It's internet, cable, and HBO for what we used to pay for internet alone. Also, if you want to upgrade (we did, since my fiance can't live without his video games) it's very and cheap.

All and all! We are so happy we moved here, and hope to be residents for quite a bit. Read More

Great clean place to live. Nice floor plans with cable and internet provided. Abundant parking, two swimming pools, and a nice staff. The place isn't the cheapest but you really get what you pay for. Near the freeway and also a bowling alley and movie theatre.
