I love how close the pool and gym are to me and the size of them seems like a great place to start over

The apartment is going great so far, the location is good. The space in the apartment is great. However, the only downside to living here is the cost of electricity due to the excessive amount of us having to use the air conditioning. It also does not blow that much cool air, and even with the low temperature adjustment, it still does not feel like cold air is coming out. And the parking situation is a bit out of hand. It becomes difficult since I attend school and work and do not get home till… around 11 pm. But other than that, I am really enjoying my new place!

Washing machines are still broken since the day I moved in still having trouble with seeing bugs here and there. Hall carpets need to be replaced extremely stained and dirty.

They keep the property very clean and are usually very prompt to take care of any maintenance requests. Quiet and nice residents. Apartments are spacious, although the kitchens are very small.
