Poorly managed with roach infestation

I noticed the review 2 years ago, says the same thing I’m about to say. I have only been residing here for 10 months and I have already had several incidents with management regarding the pest infestation. They insist on me doing a fumigation in my unit but they are not only in my unit. I have seen them in the hallways and other people’s balconies, therefore I refuse fumigation because it the building not me. Not to mention I have an infant child. Management has a really bad attitude for the... building to be nasty,doesn’t mix well.

Decent but poorly managed

The apartment complex is nice and the apartments are decent but the landlord does not keep keys on site which is a huge inconvenience if you're locked out of the apartment and the washers sometimes work and sometimes don't and the parking spaces are too small and there are sometimes problems with the air conditioning and the landlord has an attitude

Pretty good

This is my first apartment and I'm fairly comfortable there. Only reason it's a four star is because airport is down the street so I constantly get woken up by them. Besides that I'm pretty content with the place
