Terrible experience

This property has many plumbing issues. My neighbors unit is constantly flooding with black water, there are roaches and poor management. There is staff in the office that have attitude and dont give good customer service (Denise was ok for the most part, but Darlen is rude and mean.) I recommend you look elsewhere even if you pay $250 more. This property is old and not well taken care of. They keep investing money on "upgrades" but it doesn't make up for the deteriorating plumbing and pest... infestation. That's why I left.

DO NOT RENT HERE. MANAGEMENT SUCKS.

There is one good thing about these apartments and it is the facelift that they've given to it recently. HOWEVER... DO NOT BE FOOLED BY IT!
There has been a terrible and disgusting roach infestation in the apartments and management has done NOTHING but to blame it on the kitchen/sink pipes! The gates do not work half the time, making the gate to be open all night long for people to come and go as they please... which doesn't feel safe at all!!!
Whenever you go to Veronica with any issue, she... shrugs and says it's something she can't do, and blames it on the management who does little to NOTHING about it. It's terrible how they obviously do not care about their renters here. If I wasn't stuck on a lease, I would've moved out months ago! I am never planning on renting with Goldrich Kest again, and advise everyone to do same.

las palmas apartments

My apartment I live in currently is a friendly apartment complex nice and quiet inside is decent maintence man is nice the only thing I would change is that they stop raising rent every 6 months and that they come to update and fix stuff like carpet blinds floors bathroom etc.
