On a busy street

Marshall Apartments is in a great location. It's in Culver City but close enough to Playa Vista where all the new developing business parks are to be considered Playa Vista as well. The 12 unit building was built in the 1970s but has been refurbished and renovated thoroughly. The neighborhood is close knit and there are a lot of dog walkers at any given hour of the day. Being on the corner of Centinela, a busy road, all units facing the street get a lot of traffic noise, especially at rush hour.... It also does not help that all the balcony doors and windows face the main street as well.

Units range from 700sq ft to just about 1000 sq ft. Some units come with 2 parking stalls, others come with just 1. Laundry is shared on parking level. Overall the building is efficiently managed, where the management lives on site and well taken care of. We enjoy living here.
