Worst experience
Moving here was the worst mistake I’ve ever made. The building has a severe, uncontrolled roach and bug infestation that management completely ignores. On top of that, the air quality is terrible—smoke constantly leaks into my apartment through the vents, making it unlivable and a health hazard. Whenever you put in a maintenance request, it takes weeks (or multiple follow-ups) for anyone to even reply, let alone fix anything. They do not care about their tenants or basic habitability. Save your… health, money, and sanity—do not lease here!
