If you're a transfer student and are interested in applying to this apartment complex using your financial aid as proof of income, don't even try. They will keep you waiting for almost a month, asking endless questions and using a poorly managed AI software called SNAPPT. This software forces you to submit documents in the most inefficient and infuriating way possible, even after they confirmed that financial aid and scholarships were acceptable before applying. I lived here for 3 years, no complaints! The staff here are excellent. Repairs are made on time very quickly. 100% would recommend living here

Lease process was terrible; they took a large security deposit, and then held off for weeks before saying whether or not we had the apartment. Then, when we went to take possession of the place, at the date they picked, the apartment's dishwasher was broken and sitting unattached in the kitchen, the hot water in the shower was broken, and the place was dirty.

Because of the difficulty of finding other housing on short notice, we let them make quick repairs, and then took possession.

After 5… months now, they just sent me a letter saying they wanted me to sign a change to the lease agreement. The letter says that if I don't do it, that I'll be in breach of our current lease (a lie). I went down to the office to set things straight, and after telling them no to signing, they said "Fine. You don't have to do anything. You won't be evicted in 3 days." They didn't apologize or anything; they're completely crazy.

The people working here must just really hate their bosses, because they're trying to tank the company. First Pointe Management Group needs to clean their house (or treat their employees better, cause this seems intentional). Read More

Just moved in and prior to moving in I was never told I had no bathroom or shower doors. The manager is rude has no compassion in helping me what so ever. The ethics that this management team has is very shady and it feels like all they want is your money
