Amazing management!

To be honest, moving in and the first couple of months were rough. However, since the management change, it's been like night and day. The current staff are knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to answer questions. The previous management wasn't very visible, but the new property manager, Adam, has made a huge difference. His office door is always open, and he consistently goes above and beyond to help residents.

The apartments are definitely a bit dated, but considering the price… for Davis and how close the community is to campus, it's a great value. You can also tell that management is actively working to make improvements and invest in the property, which is worth recognizing.

If I weren't leaving the Davis area, I would have renewed my lease. Overall, I'm happy with the positive direction the community is heading and appreciate the effort the new team has put into making it a better place to live.

Its fun living here the staff are very responsive and help out asap. They host fun event every so often and a lot of the ammenties they have are nice and works. I would almost give it a 5 star if not the fact a lot of building be kinda older.

I love how cozy the living space is. Everything is of perfect dimensions, especially for a student. The area is always clean and well maintained, staff is the best, they are very interactive and caring. Amenities are easy to access and user friendly!

Adam is the best! I’ve had ups and downs with this apartment but with new management, I know it will be so much better!! After only one month, the apartment looks brand new!
