WORST MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE
Water shutoffs have happened repeatedly without notice, along with frequent loss of hot water over the past few months. At the same time, construction has been nonstop. The gym and pool have been closed since June 2025 and are still unavailable. Noise regularly runs from early morning to evening. We were shown quieter areas during our tour, but construction later began in our building. When we asked for a short pause during the day so our baby could nap, we were told it could result in fines or... even eviction.
There have also been serious safety concerns. Water was shut off while I was pregnant and in the shower, creating a dangerous situation. A broken hallway railing we reported multiple times went unrepaired for months, forcing us to walk through unsafe conditions while carrying our child. We’ve also seen dog waste left on stairs for extended periods.
Although there appears to be security, it has not prevented incidents. A vacant unit across from us was broken into—the door was kicked in and lock damaged. We reported it, and someone appeared to be staying there for about two days before anything was done. There have also been unsafe situations inside the gated complex itself.
