We LOVE Pablo! He’s the best. Pablo was so helpful, friendly, and patient with us. He’s the perfect face for the community.

The reason I rated the move in a 4 and not a 5 is that people had taken the carts that we needed to move in and nobody knows who had them, so we had to carry things in which was very inconvenient and took a long time. I would suggest implementing a process where a sign out sheet is required so everyone knows who has the cart and when they took it, etc. I think that some… people moving in keep the cart in their apartment until they no longer need it, which is very unfair to other tenants.

Excellent customer service The common areas, parking and amenities are all in excellent condition. Maintenance and office staff are always friendly and professional. We decided to renew our lease because we really like Element 79.
