Down hill after owners changed

These apartments are fairly in good shape, but the new landlords wants to increase rent without fixing anything. Most of the light are burnt out. Maybe one three out of the 12 lights are on. The gates need repair every month or so. They don't spray around the property any more so rats, ants, and roaches are seen more and more lately. The alarm keeps going off without anyone attending to them. The list goes on and on. I would not recommend anyone renting from this place. It looks nice from the... outside but a lot of issues.
