Do Not Move In Here!!!!
I lived at the apartments for a year and was not the most pleasant experience. The apartment includes a pest control fee in your rent, However the apartment was always infested with roaches. It did not matter all the cleaning I did or the spray it was always infested everywhere inside and outside the apartments. Then you have people loitering in the parking structure which in one of the times stuff was stolen from my car and "nothing" came out in the security cameras. Also the first couple… months were okay, but then an earthquake happened and half of the apartments electricity stopped working and the disposal. We called maintenance many times and it never got fixed even when we moved out. The apartment almost even got flooded because of this. Also the neighborhood around was difficult there was constantly cops around because there was either a shooting an escapee convict from prison etc. not a safe environment for ones kids or even one self to live in. And management was so unorganized as well I do not want to get started with that. I gave it a 1 star because there is no other option to give it 0 stars.
