I lived at the apartments for a year and was not the most pleasant experience. The apartment includes a pest control fee in your rent, However the apartment was always infested with roaches. It did not matter all the cleaning I did or the spray it was always infested everywhere inside and outside the apartments. Then you have people loitering in the parking structure which in one of the times stuff was stolen from my car and "nothing" came out in the security cameras. Also the first couple... months were okay, but then an earthquake happened and half of the apartments electricity stopped working and the disposal. We called maintenance many times and it never got fixed even when we moved out. The apartment almost even got flooded because of this. Also the neighborhood around was difficult there was constantly cops around because there was either a shooting an escapee convict from prison etc. not a safe environment for ones kids or even one self to live in. And management was so unorganized as well I do not want to get started with that. I gave it a 1 star because there is no other option to give it 0 stars.

Nice apartments, not so good dog owners
I lived there for 1 year. The apartment was spacious, especially the ample closet space. If you need pest control, because let's face it, living in most apartments you will most likely need roach control. Pest control is included in your rent as well as and repairs (clogs & leaks etc). Some things I didn't like were even tho it clearly states the do's & don'ts of the pet policy (including which types of dogs aren't allowed), there were pit bulls allowed. Now, I love all dogs.i don't blame the... dogs, I blame the owners. There were several dog owners who would allow their dogs free range (off leash) of the outside common area AND not pick up their dog poop. I had several run ins while walking my small dogs (both elderly & 1 them was sick). When I say run ins I mean pit bull running towards me, having to pick up my dogs, shielding them away while a pit bull is jumping on me situation... more than once. And I did let the manager know each time.
