Ongoing issues
Elevator is frequently out of service, and the Carson tenant app often malfunctions, creating recurring issues with building access and package deliveries. The trash chute also breaks down regularly. Budget is directed toward appearances and marketing rather than providing maintenance budget and livability standards.
Persistent smoke smell in the hallways, can’t be captured in photos but are noticeable daily…despite the building being “no smoking” complex.
Encourages tenants to reach out, but... replies tend to be general and rarely result in meaningful follow-up or improvements.
