The Emery

I have been living at The Emery since 2023 and I have been really enjoying it. The community manager Dartise as well as the leasing office staff like Taylor and Yubi have been really good to us. They’re always very friendly and answer any questions that we have. They also plan very fun community events that get the community engaged for which is something I’ve never heard of prior to living here. The maintenance workers like Walter, Lonnie, and Devaughn are very good too as they are usually on... top of maintaining the property and fixing any issues as soon as they come up. Anytime my unit has an issue Walter always comes the day I put it in a request and always has a smile on his face which I really appreciate. In addition, the workers that clean the buildings and amenities are usually consistent and friendly as well. The amenities and apartment layouts are impressive and thoughtfully designed, and the location is excellent, with essential stores within walking distance. The Emery is an excellent community to be a part of. Maintenance and management are quick to respond to residents and ensure all aspects of the community runs smoothly. Addrii is always professional, patient, and warm every time I've needed assistance. Having someone like her in the leasing office truly makes a difference in the residents experience.

I’ve been living at The Emery in Emeryville for over a year and it has been a really positive experience so far. The building is modern, clean, and very well located, close to everything I need. The amenities are great and always well maintained.
