Highly recommend Hawkins for your new home if you are looking to move to Treasure Island. I immediately knew during my first tour with Meira that this would be my next home. The building itself feels spacious, high spec and well designed with great resident amenities (gym, co-working space, pet spa) - the rooftop has nice touches like hammocks and bean bags to relax and take in the beautiful views of the city skyline and the Bay. I’ve met some great neighbours since moving here and it feels like... a nice community of people (both at Hawkins and just around the island). The Hawkins team are fantastic! The Leasing Team Meira and Cherise are super helpful and always have a warm smile that makes you feel welcome as a resident. The Community Manager Brendon takes his job seriously and it’s obvious that he takes pride in building a solid community and cares about the residents experience. He was also really accommodating helping me to finalize my lease. Also shout out to Luis and Alex in the Maintenance Team who are efficient and quick to resolve any issues with a smile. Resident communication from Brendon is also superb via the Alfred app which is always appreciated. I was worried about feeling isolated moving to Treasure Island but I actually appreciate being able to escape the city and enjoy peaceful island living. We have the best views of the Bay and the city skyline here from Cityside Park!. Free ferry for residents is also a big bonus and a quick 8 min ride to Embarcadero to ensure you have the best of both worlds. If you’re a dog parent - your dogs will love you for moving here! I would like to thank the Hawkins Apartment team for their attentiveness, care, and great attitude toward the residents. The girls are always ready to help whenever any issue comes up. Brendon is especially attentive, kind, and responsive.

I really enjoy living in this complex. They regularly organize fun events and activities for residents and always try to surprise us with something nice. I’m also very grateful for the cleanliness and order they consistently maintain.

Love everything about living here so far. My wife and I didn’t even have a debate on whether to renew or not. Staff is friendly and competent, views are to die for, community is awesome and rents are reasonable. It’s so much more convenient than I had worried about prior to moving in—15 minute bus ride, 7 minute ferry ride to downtown, plus easy access to the peninsula or east bay being located just off the expressway. Highly recommended!

Touring Hawkins was such a great experience, from the beautiful apartments and amenities to the incredible views of the city and Bay. The team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the entire visit feel easy and exciting.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Hawkins Apartments and overall it’s been a great experience. The amenities are one of the biggest highlights. The gym is well-maintained, the rooftop views are amazing, and having access to conference/work rooms plus the movie/lounge area makes the building feel very thoughtfully designed.

I also appreciate the resident events and the effort the team puts into building a welcoming community culture here on Treasure Island. The building is consistently clean, and... the staff genuinely seem to care about the resident experience.

Another underrated perk is the free ferry rides each month, which makes getting into the city super convenient. The location is also great because you’re close to everything SF has to offer while still getting a quieter and more relaxing environment.
