Life at Hawkins Apartments — My Treasure Island Home
When I first moved to Treasure Island, I didn’t expect to fall in love with it the way I did — but Hawkins Apartments completely changed that. There’s something special about waking up to sweeping views of the Bay Bridge and the San Francisco skyline while still feeling a world away from the chaos of the city. It’s peaceful, breezy, and has that “island life” energy that makes coming home feel like a reset.
What really sets Hawkins apart, though, is the team. Brendon, the Community Manager, has... created a culture here that’s warm, organized, and genuinely resident-focused. He’s one of those people who knows every detail of what’s going on in the building and still takes the time to say hello and check in. Cherise and Meira in leasing made the entire move-in process effortless — patient, upbeat, and incredibly knowledgeable. And Luis, the service supervisor, is an absolute rock star; anytime something needs attention, he’s there fast and gets it done right.
Between the rooftop gatherings, Off the Grid food truck weekends, and how easy it is to hop on the ferry to downtown, living at Hawkins feels like the best of both worlds — resort-style calm with city convenience. It’s not just an apartment building; it’s a real community.
If you’re considering a move to San Francisco, Hawkins on Treasure Island should be at the top of your list.
