Company wants money only and will ignore safety concerns. Car almost hit twice on ramps and company refused to change parking to one of many other spots. We left lease early and found much better housing. Keep looking!

this apt is just right along with the street, traffic noises is really a big problem. Cant even have a good sleep. The garbage truck
will also create a big noises in 7AM in the morning.

I am a resident at this location. Earlier this month, June 2021, roof fell apart in the middle of the night with heavy water downpour & flooding in my apt as well as several of my neighbors apts. Frequent maintenance issues.

Kayla @ Meridian at Midtown was horrible to work with. We tried submitting an application but our application was denied because the paystubs were not "True ADP" paystubs. Her exact reasoning was "I know what ADP paystubs look like." And on top of that, it seemed like she kept trying to make stuff up to back up her accusations, saying things like, "the math doesn't add up", or the "address is wrong", even though our office is Googleable and we got the paystubs directly from our HR team.
All the... stories of a bad management team seem to be true here. If you don't want to have a problem with your apartment management team, avoid this place at all costs.

How hard is it to get rid of garbage and mop a few floors? Essex bought this place and immediately cut maintenance in less than half. Its a nice building to live in , just a rally cheap and bad owner
