Overall, my experience has been frustrating due to ongoing issues with communication and follow-through. Maintenance requests are sometimes closed without being resolved or without any explanation, which makes it difficult to trust that issues are actually being addressed.
Additionally, when reaching out to staff via email, responses can take weeks, which adds to the frustration and lack of clarity. More consistent communication and accountability would significantly improve the resident... experience.
