VASARI AT VENTANA

I’ve only lived at this apartment complex for a short time, and unfortunately it has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve had.

First, I strongly recommend not having packages delivered here. Packages are constantly being stolen, and sometimes management takes them but doesn’t notify you or make any effort to let you know they have them.

Security is another major issue. Both my car and my boyfriend’s car — along with several of our neighbors’ cars — have been broken into multiple times... , even in broad daylight. When this is brought up to management, they claim the cameras reset every two weeks. However, after filing a police report, I was informed by the police that the cameras on the property don’t even work.

We were also told this would be a gated community. While they installed new gates that look nice, they have never actually worked and remain open all the time.

There are also amenities that were promised but never delivered. For example, the cinema room that was supposed to open back in November is still not open.

The management situation has been extremely disorganized as well. They recently switched management companies again, and now they claim they don’t even have access to our lease agreements when I request a copy.

Paying rent has also been confusing. Instead of providing clear instructions, they tell us to “just bring a money order for whatever you usually pay.” On top of that, they charge a $71 Spectrum WiFi fee even though residents still have to set up and pay for their own internet through Spectrum. Every month, I have to go down to the leasing office and ask them to remove the fee.

There are also random additional charges that appear on the account, and when you ask about them, the management team often cannot explain what the fee is. They simply say to pay it and they’ll credit you later if it’s incorrect.

Other promises that were made — such as assigned parking — have not been fulfilled either. Overall, there is no real security, no functioning cameras, no working gates, and amenities that were advertised but never opened.

It has always been my experience and without any hesitation to call the office for assistance. In this case it was maintenance who quickly responded and explained the function of my Breakers. Relieved! Thank you Maintenence!

I’ll start with the good. I love the staff. Never had a problem with them. This is also a beautiful property and very peaceful in my opinion. The staff has helped me regarding any inconvenience. Now my problem comes from receiving my mail. I have had multiple packages stolen from me. Their mailroom system is so unorganized. I have provided pictures to employees to show it was put in the mail room and every time I would go and pick up a package its missing. Wouldn’t recommend even its new. The price per month is not worth it especially due to lack of parking. If you don’t have family or friends then it may work out for you.

Vasari at Ventana is a great community. This is my first apartment and I could not have chosen a better community. Vasari was the first location that I looked at on my apartment search and I only went to one other when I knew Vasari was the perfect fit. Vasari seems to always wanting to improve if there is any issues and I am excited for the future that Vasari has planned. They are developing more with added dining experience.
