Among the years either my daughter or both of us have resided; it is highly more positive than negative. Staff is professionally friendly, polite and attentive. Property is well cared for. Overall, if I could simply get a 1 bedroom BMR rate, I would be happy to remain here.

My kids and I love living at Marlin Cove. The layout and size of the apartment is amazing compared to comparable communities. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is awesome.
