Unprofessional Management

I've called 3 times left 2 messages and none of my called were return. I came by the complex 2 times on Saturday and Sunday at 12:00 and 1:00pm respectively and finally on Monday at 5:24pm(non holiday) I came by and ring the office door bell and an older lady came out off the back gate to the
office/apartment. I inquired on the apartment that was for rent that I saw on apartment.com and she seem to be kind of rude...she replied, " I'm closed for the day and come back tomorrow at 10 then we can... talk." with an uninviting tone. I wasn't clear why she was that way, so I asked her that I wasn't available at 10 because of my work and if she could tell me if there are any availability? But she raised her voice and said that , " Didn't I already told you to come back at 10 tomorrow when I'm open."
