If you want to truly experience LA living, the Westside is where it's at. Linea is a new and well-maintained property. I recommend Carmel Linea. centrally located, high above ground, with 360 degree stunning views of Los Angeles, like you never seen her before. from the ocean and Santa Monica mountains , with undisturbed sunsets from a beautifully equipped rooftop is an evening ritual for us. swimming pool on the rooftop, with cabana style seatings and plenty of sunbath chairs, to modern... grilling and party ready setup, makes this rooftop a must see.
24/7 gym as great as equinox in my personal experience, to a shared work space and conference room available to reserve when needed, makes it easy to want to stay in and work from home.
the apartments are beautiful, clean and well designed. windows and doors are thoughtfully designed, to give you silence when needed a break from the city vibe.
with the metro station around the corner, you can get to where you need to be, from DTLA to SAnta Monica, faster than you'll find parking at your destination. city life.

Carmel Linea is a comfortable, safe & luxurious community. I strongly recommend Carmel Linea to anybody looking for a beautiful, safe & comforting community. All the amenities are in good shape & brand new and it makes your living refreshing & convenient.
