I don't live there but am adjacent to it and the NOISE from punks that want to play their CRAP out of their vehicles is deafening! It's listed as a quiet area, HARDLY! Also, drug sales are done out in the open and tenants from the apartments park wherever they want, when signs are posted private parking and they also park in front of fire hydrants! Talking to these supposed adults, is like reasoning with a 2 year old! Towing is the only way to get their attention!

Our floor broken for 2 years and the bathroom fans are too noisy to turn on, the management turned a deaf ears to our many requests. The door number tags and security doors were taken off two years ago, and they never put it back. They charge a high security deposit when we move in, then they will find excuse to pocket most of it even we make the unit cleaner than the day when you moved in.

They never response to tenants' maintenance request unless it is emergency. No matter how clean and well kept when you vacant your unit, they will find excuse to charge most part of your security deposit. Cars get broken and bikes get stolen frequently. The floor and appliance looks like new but they will replace it so they have reason to rip off the owner.
